1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WTF Gyms services, website, mobile applications, or any of our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Membership Terms

Your membership grants you access to participating WTF Gym locations based on your selected plan. Membership is personal and non-transferable except as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member.

Members must provide accurate personal information during registration
Access is granted through biometric verification or member ID
Membership benefits vary by plan type
Guest access policies are determined by individual gym locations

3. Payment and Billing

All membership fees are charged according to your selected payment plan. By providing payment information, you authorize WTF Gyms to charge the applicable fees. Recurring memberships will auto-renew unless cancelled according to our cancellation policy.

4. Facility Rules and Conduct

While using WTF Gyms facilities, you agree to:

Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
Use equipment properly and safely
Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate workout attire
Respect other members and staff
Not engage in any form of harassment or discrimination
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns
Not photograph or record other members without consent

5. Health and Safety

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. Before starting any exercise program, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider. By using our facilities, you:

Confirm you are physically able to engage in exercise
Accept responsibility for your own physical condition
Agree to follow safety guidelines and equipment instructions
Will inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect your workout

6. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WTF Gyms shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of our facilities, services, or equipment. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or theft.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and mobile applications, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WTF Gyms and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Mobile Application

Use of the WTF Gyms mobile application is subject to these terms plus any additional terms presented within the app. You agree to keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

9. Termination

WTF Gyms reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of these terms, misconduct, or any behavior deemed detrimental to our facilities, staff, or other members. Termination decisions are final.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify members of significant changes via email or app notifications.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
