Decline Bench Press-This exercise targets the lower chest muscles. You can do this with a barbell or dumbbells. Lie on a decline bench and press the weights up and down.
Cable Crossover-This exercise targets the lower and middle chest muscles. Stand in the middle of a cable machine, grab the handles and pull them in front of you.
Decline Dumbbell Flyes-This exercise targets the lower chest muscles. Lie on a decline bench, hold a dumbbell in each hand and lower them to the sides, then bring them back up.
Push-ups-This is a great bodyweight exercise that targets the lower chest muscles. Make sure your body is in a straight line and your hands are slightly wider than shoulder-width apart
Decline Dumbbell Pullover-This exercise targets the lower chest muscles. Lie on a decline bench, hold a dumbbell with both hands and lower it behind your head, then bring it back up.
